We are looking for a Sports Teaching Assistant to join a specialist ASD school in Longfield, helping students develop their physical skills, confidence, and well-being through sports and outdoor activities. The Role: • Supporting students with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) in PE lessons and physical activities. • Encouraging engagement in sports, fitness, and team-building exercises. • Assisting in the use of the school’s dedicated outdoor space and horticulture garden. • Working alongside teachers to create structured and inclusive sports sessions. • Helping students develop motor skills, coordination, and social interaction through physical activity. • Managing challenging behaviour using positive reinforcement techniques.
