Job Title: Support Role in Secondary School
Axcis Education are current looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work in an established mainstream secondary school in Urmston. The role will be based in the classroom supporting the teacher alongside members of permanent support staff. The pupils are aged 11-16 and across KS3 and KS4. Some of these children have SEN, so previous experience supporting additional needs of children or young adults would be highly beneficial. You will support classes across subjects, providing additional input for the children to achieve their potential. The school is in a great location, easily accessible via local public transport links. The school has a supportive team and engaging curriculum that is inclusive to all their students. The working hours for the role are 08:30-15:30, Monday to Friday, term time only with daily pay rates from £95 - £100 depending on experience. The role is temporary to start ASAP until the end of the academic year.
