We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate full-time Curriculum Teacher to join our dynamic team at a distinguished educational institution in Wandsworth, London. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated individual who is ready to inspire and guide students to reach their full potential while adhering to the school's curriculum standards.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons that follow the prescribed curriculum and facilitate learning for all students.
• Plan, prepare and present lessons that cater to the needs of the whole ability range within their class.
• Assess and record students' progress systematically and keep records to check work is understood and completed, monitor strengths and areas for development, inform planning and recognize the level at which the student is achieving.
• Manage student behaviour in the classroom and on school premises, applying appropriate and effective measures in cases of misbehaviour.
• Participate in departmental meetings, parents' evenings, and whole-school training events as required by the school administration.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practice and contribute to curriculum development and innovation.
Qualifications:
o Recognized teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
o Experience in teaching at the relevant age range.
o Excellent understanding of the current curriculum.
o Strong organizational and communication skills.
