Responsibilities: • Deliver engaging and effective lessons that follow the prescribed curriculum and facilitate learning for all students. • Plan, prepare and present lessons that cater to the needs of the whole ability range within their class. • Assess and record students' progress systematically and keep records to check work is understood and completed, monitor strengths and areas for development, inform planning and recognize the level at which the student is achieving. • Manage student behaviour in the classroom and on school premises, applying appropriate and effective measures in cases of misbehaviour. • Participate in departmental meetings, parents' evenings, and whole-school training events as required by the school administration. • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practice and contribute to curriculum development and innovation.
