Position: Teacher (Part-time)

Working Pattern: 2.5 days per week, 08:00?–?15:30 (flexible within the day)

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic Teacher to join our vibrant school community in Horley. Working 2.5 days each week, you will deliver high-quality, curriculum-aligned instruction, foster a supportive learning environment, and contribute to the academic and personal development of our pupils.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons across the assigned subject(s) in line with the National Curriculum.
• Assess, record and report student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Manage classroom behaviour with a positive, inclusive approach.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions and school events as required.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-disciplinary projects and share best practices.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching at the relevant key stage(s).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
