Primary Teacher – Primary Academy – Romford £180–£240 per day | Full-Time | Long-Term | September Start Axcis are working with a successful and inclusive primary academy in Romford who are seeking a committed Primary Teacher to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis from September. The school is based in the Romford area and is accessible by local bus routes, with links from Havering, Barking & Dagenham, Redbridge and surrounding areas. About the Role As the Primary Teacher, you will take responsibility for a mainstream primary class, planning and delivering engaging lessons that support pupils of varying abilities. You will create a calm, structured and motivating classroom where children feel safe, valued and ready to learn. You will: • Teach a mainstream primary class on a full-time basis • Plan and deliver creative, well-structured lessons across the primary curriculum • Support pupils with a range of learning abilities and additional needs • Use clear routines, high expectations and positive behaviour strategies • Track progress and adapt teaching to help pupils close gaps in learning • Work closely with Teaching Assistants, phase leaders and senior staff • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and the wider school community • Contribute to a positive, inclusive and ambitious school culture What We’re Looking For • Qualified Teacher Status, or equivalent teaching qualification • Experience teaching within a UK primary school • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum • Confident classroom management and clear expectations • Ability to plan engaging, differentiated lessons • A reflective, organised and proactive approach • Commitment to inclusive practice and supporting pupils with additional needs • Full-time availability and commitment to a long-term role from September This is a fantastic opportunity for a Primary Teacher looking for a long-term role in a well-regarded Romford primary academy.
