Key Responsibilities • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons across the assigned subject(s) in line with the National Curriculum. • Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback and maintain accurate records. • Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners, including those with special educational needs. • Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school-wide initiatives. • Promote positive behaviour, safeguarding, and a culture of respect and inclusion. Essential Qualifications & Experience • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. • Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject area. • Minimum 2?years’ teaching experience in a mainstream school setting. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Commitment to continuous professional development.
