Essential Qualifications & Experience • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. • Minimum of 2?years teaching experience in a mainstream UK school. • Strong classroom management and communication skills. • Commitment to inclusive education and continuous professional development. Desirable • Experience with the latest educational technology and blended learning approaches. • Post-graduate qualification or relevant specialist training.
