Key Responsibilities • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons across the curriculum in line with the National Curriculum and school policies. • Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners, including SEND and EAL students. • Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents. • Contribute to whole-school initiatives, staff meetings, and CPD programmes. • Uphold safeguarding standards and promote a safe, respectful learning environment. • Participate in extracurricular activities and community events as required. Essential Qualifications & Experience • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. • Minimum of 2?years teaching experience in a mainstream UK school. • Strong classroom management and communication skills. • Commitment to inclusive education and continuous professional development. Desirable • Experience with the latest educational technology and blended learning approaches. • Post-graduate qualification or relevant specialist training.
