Teaching Assistant - Primary - 1:1/ Asperger's - Trafford - Trafford - Role: SEN TA Jobs
Axcis Education is working with a primary school in the borough of Trafford that is looking for a teaching assistant a full-time teaching assistant to support a young pupil with Asperger's. This role would begin in the upcoming weeks and would run until the end of the academic year and could be made permanent.
The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting pupils with Asperger's. This is a 1:1 role supporting a KS1 student on a full-time basis. Experience of delivering intervention and supporting teaching and learning is essential.
This forward thinking Trafford based primary school is vastly improving in all areas. Strong Senior Leaders are committed in their quest to create a happy, warm learning environment for their pupils and staff to thrive in. All staff are working together with the school's long-term goal in mind. This is an inclusive primary setting with specialist SEND provision in place to cater for the specific needs of their students.
This role is full-time and will begin in the upcoming weeks. Although the role is until the end of the academic year, there is the possibility of a contract direct through the school thereafter.
