Hiring for teaching assistants in and round North and East London, we are hiring for both full time and part time roles. The average pay rate is around £94 a day. Requirements: • Previous experience working with students diagnosed with ADHD. • Understanding of ADHD and its impact on learning. • Ability to provide individualised support. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities: Working as a teaching assistant for Axcis, you will be assisting children or young adults suffering with ADHD either in a 1:1 or group setting. You will help the students with understanding and completing classroom tasks to their highest ability. Another responsibility will be to implement strategies to support organisation, focus, and determination, resulting in students achieving optimum results in the classroom. The need to collaborate with teachers and other staff to create inclusive learning environments is crucial so you must be able to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
