About the Role: This is a rewarding and varied role supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4, both on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. You will work closely with pupils who may present with challenging behaviour and SEMH needs, helping them to engage positively with learning and school life. You will play a key role in building positive relationships, supporting emotional regulation, and helping students overcome barriers to learning.
