This full-time role involves providing one-on-one assistance to students with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and autism. The position starts immediately and offers a permanent contract after a successful initial period. Role Overview: • Position: Learning Support Worker • Location: Radstock • Start Date: Immediate • Contract: Full-time, leading to permanent • Salary: £96.23 per day Key Responsibilities: • Provide tailored one-on-one support to students with PMLD and autism. • Assist students in their daily learning activities and help them engage with the curriculum. • Work closely with teaching staff to create a supportive learning environment. • Help students manage their emotions and behaviours effectively. • Encourage students to develop independence and social skills.
