Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Pay: £89 – £95 per day

Are you committed to helping children with SEND feel safe, supported, and confident in their learning? We are looking for a compassionate, proactive, and resilient Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team, providing 1:1 support for pupils with Autism (ASC) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

This is a fulfilling and varied role where you’ll play a vital part in a child’s daily learning experience.
- Delivering tailored 1:1 support to help pupils access the curriculum and achieve their personal goals
- Creating and preparing personalised resources to support different learning styles
- Encouraging the development of independence, resilience, and confidence
- Adapting learning activities to keep pupils engaged, reduce anxiety, and build positive relationships
- Bringing a nurturing, flexible approach to create a safe and calm learning environment
