About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with children who may have special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, or social, emotional and behavioural challenges. You’ll provide both 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils build confidence, develop independence, and engage positively in their learning. You’ll work alongside the class teacher and the school’s SENCO to adapt learning strategies, track progress, and create a nurturing environment where every child can succeed.
