Experienced Teaching assistant | Chorley area | from £89 per day | Full-time and Part-time positions
Are you ready to make a difference to the lives of young people in the Chorley area?
Axcis Education Agency are looking to recruit experienced teaching assistants to join their team and provide support to schools within the Chorley area. We are the leaders in SEND suppliers across England and Wales so you will be providing varying levels of SEND support within schools. We work with a range of settings including:
• Primary Schools
• Secondary Schools
• Mainstream settings
• SEND Schools
• Alternative provisions
• Nurseries
We are always looking to recruit enthusiastic and flexible teaching assistants who have experience supporting in an education setting and have a passion to work with children who have additional needs.
The support you will be providing may vary between whole class, group and 1-1 support to children who may have varying needs. You will be working alongside other school professionals, including the class teachers and SENCOs, to ensure that the children you are supporting can access the curriculum as well as having their wider needs met.
What we are looking for:
• Experience working within an education setting.
• A calm, and consistent approach to managing challenging behaviour.
• Flexibility to work during school hours -8:30am- 4pm
• Ability to reliably commute within Chorley and the surrounding areas.
