SEN Teaching Assistant (1:1 ASD Support) Hillingdon, Uxbridge Monday to Friday | 08:30am – 4:00pm Full-time | Potential for Permanent Role About the Role Axcis is recruiting an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant for a well-regarded mainstream primary school in Hillingdon, Uxbridge. This full-time position involves providing dedicated 1:1 support for a Year 1 pupil with Autism (ASD). The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting children with Autism and ADHD, particularly within a mainstream setting, and be confident managing challenging behaviour. The school is seeking someone who can be firm but fair — setting clear, consistent boundaries while maintaining a calm, nurturing, and supportive approach. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a child’s educational journey, with the potential for the role to become permanent after the initial year.
