About the Role You will be supporting pupils with a combination of autism and behavioural needs within a structured classroom environment and dedicated support space. This role requires someone who can bring consistency, calmness and strong relationship-building skills, particularly when supporting pupils who may struggle with engagement or emotional regulation.
