Teaching Assistant – Primary School Location: L18 Daily Rate: £93–£96 per day Hours: Monday - Friday, term time only. As a teaching assistant, you will work closely with pupils and school staff to provide high-quality support throughout the school day. Your responsibilities may include: • Supporting pupils with their learning and development. • Providing one-to-one and small-group support where required. • Supporting children during meal times. • Assisting with personal care when required. • Helping pupils manage their emotions and behaviour. • Using a calm and reassuring approach to de-escalate challenging situations. • Building positive and trusting relationships with pupils. • Working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.
