A welcoming SEND school in Earlsfield is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support primary and secondary-aged pupils with autism and additional learning needs.
The Role:
Support pupils in the classroom and specialist settings.
Assist with learning activities and interventions.
Promote positive behaviour, communication and social development.
Work closely with teachers, therapists and other professionals.
Help create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience working with children or SEND is desirable but not essential.
Patient, caring and resilient.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Graduates interested in education, psychology or SEND are encouraged to apply.
