Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Axcis Education is looking for a caring SEND Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in White City, supporting students aged 5–19 with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
The Role:
Provide 1:1 and small-group support.
Support students with learning, behaviour and development.
Assist with personal care, including feeding and toileting.
Work alongside teachers to support individual learning plans.
Promote students’ physical, emotional and social wellbeing.
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous SEND, care or healthcare experience is desirable.
Patient, empathetic and reliable.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for supporting young people.
