Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Secondary SEND Teaching Assistant – Autism & Communication Needs – Tower Hamlets £100–£120 per day | Full-Time | Long-Term | September Start Axcis Education is recruiting an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to support students with Autism and communication needs within a secondary school in Tower Hamlets. The role will involve a mixture of 1:1 and classroom support across KS3 and KS4, helping students access lessons, manage transitions and develop their communication and independence. Current local recruitment is particularly active around secondary autism support, including pupils requiring intensive 1:1 assistance. We are looking for someone calm, confident and consistent who understands that successful SEND support is about helping a young person become more independent, rather than simply completing work for them.
