Job Advertisement: Teaching Assistants for SEND Students Location: Liverpool Position: Teaching Assistants (3 positions available) Start Date: September 2024 Contract: Full-time, Long-term ________________________________________ Axcis are looking for three enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistants to support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Key Responsibilities: • Provide tailored support to SEND students, ensuring their individual needs are met. • Work closely with classroom teachers to assist in the preparation and delivery of differentiated lessons. • Implement and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with SEND. • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and development. • Support students in developing social skills, self-esteem, and independence. • Assist in the assessment and tracking of students' progress. • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each student’s education.
