Job Title: Teaching Assistants Required - Complex Needs - SEND - Ad-hoc - St Helens
JOB WORKING HOURS:
Axcis Education is looking for teaching assistants for day-to-day cover to work in a variety of schools in St Helens. The right individual will be looking for a flexible and varied work pattern and be available to work short term roles at short notice. The ideal candidate will be a driver with access to their own vehicle and be able to travel flexible distances. We currently work with both mainstream and special schools providing passionate and experienced staff to support students with SEND.
The majority of these day-to-day roles are based at a large special school that supports students with Complex Needs from the ages of 5 - 18. The school does not work to the traditional curriculum and has been praised for its alternative teaching methods. The school pay £75 per day for a 08:30 - 16:00 shift equalling a very competitive hourly rate. Parking is available onsite and the school will regularly have opportunities for debriefs following incidents or instances that are not usually part of the working day. Essential - Team Teach Trained and willing to do personal care.
