Key Responsibilities • Support primary-aged pupils with SEND in the classroom and throughout the school day. • Provide 1:1 and small group support to help children access learning and achieve their individual targets. • Encourage communication, social skills, emotional wellbeing, and independence. • Assist with sensory, creative, and practical learning activities. • Support positive behaviour and pupil engagement. • Help create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment. What We're Looking For • A caring, patient, and positive attitude. • A genuine interest in supporting children with special educational needs. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • The ability to remain calm, adaptable, and resilient. • Experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable individuals is desirable but not essential. • No formal Teaching Assistant qualifications required.
