Looking for flexible work where you can make a genuine difference?
We are working in partnership with a group of specialist schools within a well-established multi-academy trust, supporting children and young people with a wide range of additional needs. These settings cater for pupils with SEMH, Autism, complex needs and PMLD, and are known for their inclusive, nurturing and relationship-led approach.
With an increase in demand across the trust, we are looking to build a pool of reliable, flexible staff who are available for ad-hoc, day-to-day and short-term cover.

Complex needs / PMLD environments, supporting pupils with physical and learning needs
The Role
As a flexible Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small group support depending on the setting
Adapt quickly to different classrooms and pupil needs
Support with behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement
Assist with learning activities and classroom routines
In some settings, support with personal care and physical needs
This is a varied role where no two days are the same — ideal for those who enjoy diversity, flexibility and hands-on experience.
