Are you patient, empathetic and have a positive attitude to inspire others? ________________________________________ About the role This is a unique and rewarding 1:1 support role working with Year 6 pupils. In the mornings, you will be based in the classroom, providing focused support to help a pupil stay engaged with learning, build confidence, and maintain positive routines alongside the class teacher. In the afternoons, the role will be to provide structured 1:1 learning for another pupil, using the outdoor area to create a more hands-on, personalised approach. This part of the day focuses on supporting social, emotional, and sensory development in a calm, active environment. School experience is preferred.
