Job Title: ASD Teacher
ASD Teacher – Full Time (Paid to Scale) Location: Wandsworth, London Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 3:30pm We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate ASD Teacher to join our team in Wandsworth. This is a full-time role, paid to scale, working with pupils on the autism spectrum in a supportive and well-resourced setting. The successful candidate will be passionate about inclusive education and committed to helping children reach their full potential, both academically and socially. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of pupils with ASD • Create a structured, calm, and positive learning environment • Use a range of strategies to support communication, behaviour, and emotional regulation • Work closely with teaching assistants, SEN staff, and external professionals • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) • Experience working with children with ASD (school or specialist setting preferred) • Strong classroom management and communication skills • A patient, flexible, and proactive approach What We Offer: • Paid to scale salary • Consistent Monday–Friday hours (8:00am–3:30pm) • Supportive leadership and collaborative team • Opportunity to make a real difference in pupils’ lives If you are an enthusiastic teacher with a genuine interest in supporting children with ASD, we would love to hear from you.
