Job Title: Behaviour Support Officer Location: Taunton Salary: £92.00 - £120 per day Job Type: Full-time – Term Time Only Hours: 35.5 hours per week (8:30am – 4:05pm, Monday to Friday) Are you passionate about supporting young people to make positive behaviour choices and succeed in school? We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Support Officer to join a dynamic secondary school, working closely with students to support behaviour, wellbeing, and engagement. About the Role: This is a rewarding and varied role where you will play a key part in supporting students’ behaviour and personal development. You will oversee the internal referral room, support students in reflecting on their behaviour, and provide targeted mentoring to help them overcome barriers to learning. Working closely with the pastoral team, you will help implement behaviour strategies, analyse behaviour data, and support interventions that promote positive outcomes for students.
