The school supports pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, autism and additional learning needs, helping them develop the confidence, resilience and skills they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom. As a Behaviour Support Worker, you'll build positive relationships with pupils, helping them regulate their emotions, manage challenging behaviour and engage positively with learning.
