Job Title: Classroom Teaching Assistant
1:1 Teaching assistant for secondary school in Swindon Axcis Education is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work full-time and on a long-term basis with one of our prestigious secondary school clients. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with special educational needs. Key Responsibilities: -Provide 1:1 support to a secondary school student with special educational needs. -Assist with the student's academic and social development. -Implement individualized learning plans. -Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment. -Monitor and record student progress. -Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure the student's needs are met. Requirements: -Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred. -A genuine passion for working with students with special educational needs. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic school environment. -Relevant qualifications or training in special needs education are a plus.
