We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a specialist school in the Sandwell area. This full-time position is ideal for someone with experience supporting children with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). Key Details: • Position: Full-Time Teaching Assistant • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM • Salary: Starting at £89 per day (depending on experience) • Location: Sandwell B68 The Role: • Provide 1:1 support and assist in small group settings. • Support students with SLD and PMLD in their daily learning and activities. • Foster a calm, positive, and encouraging environment for children to thrive. • Work closely with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive and supportive atmosphere. • Help students develop both academically and socially, promoting their overall well-being.
