The school focuses on providing smaller groups and 1:1 support, ensuring that children receive the attention they need to thrive in their education. Role Details: • Position: Full-Time SEND Teaching Assistant • Location: Kidderminster • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 3.30pm • Pay: Starting at £89 per day, depending on experience • Start Date: Immediate start available Key Responsibilities: • Assisting the class teacher with classroom activities and creating an inclusive learning environment • Supporting students with academic, emotional, and social development • Promoting positive behaviour and providing guidance for children with learning difficulties Requirements: • SEND experience is a must (experience working with students with ASD and behaviour challenges is highly desirable) • Classroom experience is highly desired • A patient, empathetic, and understanding approach to supporting children • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team • A passion for helping children overcome challenges and reach their full potential Make a positive impact on the lives of students and help them overcome challenges to achieve their goals.
