Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 4:00pm
Contract: Full-Time | Long-Term

Are you a skilled construction professional looking to inspire and support young people with additional needs? A leading multi-academy trust in Sutton is seeking a Construction Instructor to deliver practical learning to students in a specialist SEND and alternative provision setting rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted.
You’ll work with students who benefit from hands-on, structured learning, helping them gain vocational skills and confidence in a safe and inclusive environment.
Requirements:
• Practical experience in construction or related trades
• Strong behaviour management and safeguarding awareness
• Passion for supporting young people with SEND, SEMH, autism, and behavioural challenges
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain)
