Our provision supports Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 5 pupils. Key Responsibilities: - Provide targeted 1:1 and small group in the following subjects English, Maths, Science, and PSHE - Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons - Help pupils develop self-confidence and engage positively in their learning. - Support the social and emotional development of pupils in a nurturing and structured environment. - Offer classroom management assistance and maintain positive learning environments. - Work closely with teaching staff to monitor progress and tailor interventions. Essential Requirements: - At least an A-Level qualification in English or Maths or Science or PSHE (Degree in any or a related subject is highly desirable). - Previous experience working in an educational setting (preferably with SEMH learners). - Passion for working with young people with additional needs. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
