About the Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students remain engaged and on task with the work provided. This is a varied and rewarding role where you will cover a range of subjects across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping to maintain a positive learning environment and support students' academic progress. Location: Coventry Start Date: September Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm Pay Rate: From £92.63 a day Key Responsibilities • Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of secondary school subjects • Lead classes in the absence of the class teacher • Manage classroom behaviour effectively and confidently • Maintain a positive, safe, and productive learning environment • Support students in completing set work and meeting lesson objectives • Encourage student engagement, participation, and achievement • Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff • Follow school behaviour and safeguarding policies at all times Who Should Apply?
