Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Role Overview As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise lessons across a range of subjects when teachers are absent, ensuring students remain focused, engaged, and working towards their learning objectives. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive classroom environment while supporting students' learning and wellbeing throughout the school day. Location: Solihull Start Date: September Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm Pay: From £92.63 per day Main Duties • Supervise secondary school classes using work set by teaching staff. • Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials across various curriculum subjects. • Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies. • Encourage student participation, engagement, and achievement. • Maintain a safe, positive, and productive learning environment. • Support students in completing tasks and meeting lesson expectations. • Build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues. • Follow safeguarding, attendance, and behaviour procedures at all times.
