What You'll Be Doing: • Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups • Encouraging participation and engagement during lessons • Helping pupils develop confidence, communication, and social skills • Providing positive behaviour support where required • Building strong relationships with students and staff • Adapting to different schools and age groups Every day is different, giving you the chance to gain experience across a variety of educational settings.
