Job Title: Early Years Teacher
Position: Early Years Teacher Location: Wandsworth, London Salary: paid to scale Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our vibrant learning community in Wandsworth, London. This full-time role offers the opportunity to engage with young minds during their formative years and requires a nurturing and creative approach to childcare and education. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver a broad, balanced, and inclusive curriculum for children, typically aged 3-5 years. - Create stimulating learning environments that facilitate active engagement, independence, and social interaction. - Monitor and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs and developmental milestones. - Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding children's achievements and well-being. - Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, and uphold the values and ethos of the setting. - Implement school policies and procedures, ensuring the safety and welfare of all children.
