Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver a broad, balanced, and inclusive curriculum for children, typically aged 3-5 years. - Create stimulating learning environments that facilitate active engagement, independence, and social interaction. - Monitor and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs and developmental milestones. - Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding children's achievements and well-being. - Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, and uphold the values and ethos of the setting. - Implement school policies and procedures, ensuring the safety and welfare of all children.
