Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Early Years Educator to join our dedicated team in Wandsworth, London. The ideal candidate will possess a CACHE Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and have proven experience in delivering high-quality care and education to young children.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters child development and learning.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote the physical, social, and emotional growth of children.
• Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining detailed records and supporting their individual learning journeys.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to create a supportive community for children.
• Ensure compliance with all safeguarding policies and maintain a safe, clean learning environment.
Qualifications:
• CACHE Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
• Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• A commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
