Your role will be pivotal in delivering bespoke education within our smaller, focused classes, ensuring every student feels valued and supported from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm daily. Responsibilities: - Support lessons outside the traditional classroom setting, encouraging a love for nature among our students. - Employ creative approaches to engage and inspire children with varying needs. - Assist with adapting learning materials to suit individual learning styles. - Provide emotional and social support, enhancing students' self-confidence and independent learning skills. - Work collaboratively with our dedicated team to implement structured daily routines that cater to our students' success.
