Job Title: Full-Time SEND Teaching Assistant (Primary) – West Drayton
Start Date: 3rd November 2025
Hours: 8:30am – 3:45pm, Term Time Only
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary setting in West Drayton.
About the Role:
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:
• Support primary-aged pupils with a range of additional learning needs, including social, emotional, and communication difficulties.
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement individual support plans.
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
• Provide one-to-one or small group support to promote engagement and progress.
About You:
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience working with children with SEND (in a school or similar setting).
• Is patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting children’s well-being and learning.
• Has strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Is reliable, proactive, and enthusiastic about making a difference every day.
Key Details:
• Location: West Drayton
• Hours: 8:30am – 3:45pm, Monday to Friday, term time only
• Start Date: 3rd November 2025
• Contract: Full-time, ongoing
