About the Role As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll work across a range of classes, supporting teachers and pupils in their day-to-day learning. You’ll help create a positive, inclusive environment and gain valuable classroom experience that will strengthen any future applications for teacher training or further study. Main Responsibilities -Support teachers in the delivery of lessons and classroom activities. -Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups of students. -Assist with planning and resource preparation. -Help maintain positive behaviour and engagement in lessons. -Support pupils with additional or special educational needs (SEN) where required. -Contribute to a supportive, nurturing school environment. What We’re Looking For -A recent graduate (or soon-to-be graduate) with a passion for education. -Degree subjects such as Psychology, Education, English, or Childhood Studies are highly valued — though all disciplines will be considered. -Any voluntary or paid experience working with children or young people is a bonus. -Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn. -A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
