About the Role As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll work across a range of classes, supporting teachers and pupils in their day-to-day learning. You’ll help create a positive, inclusive environment and gain valuable classroom experience that will strengthen any future applications for teacher training or further study. Main Responsibilities -Support teachers in the delivery of lessons and classroom activities. -Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups of students. -Assist with planning and resource preparation. -Help maintain positive behaviour and engagement in lessons. -Support pupils with additional or special educational needs (SEN) where required. -Contribute to a supportive, nurturing school environment.
