Job Title: Learning Support Assistant – Full Time- West Drayton - September 2026
Location: West Drayton Start Date: September 2026 A SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) primary school in West Drayton is looking to appoint dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join their team on a full-time basis from September 2026. Working Hours: • Monday to Friday • 8:30am – 3:45pm • Full-time, term-time role The Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support pupils in the classroom, helping them to access learning and achieve their full potential. You may be supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, providing both academic and pastoral support throughout the school day. The Ideal Candidate Will: • Have experience working with children or young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs (school experience is desirable but not essential). • Be patient, caring and passionate about supporting pupils with their learning and development. • Have excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Be reliable, proactive and committed to making a positive difference in the classroom.
