Learning Support Assistant – Redbridge Location: RM6 Salary: £89/day PAYE Full-time or part-time position Axcis is excited to work with a well-regarded college in Redbridge, looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant. This role offers both full-time and part-time positions, making it ideal for individuals passionate about supporting students in a nurturing and professional environment. You will be working with students aged 16-21, providing both group and one-to-one support. Your role will involve assisting in tailored lesson plans designed to meet the needs of students with SEND, alongside a supportive tutor who will guide and mentor you. The ideal candidate will have experience with SEN, a proactive mindset, and the ability to adapt their approach to support each student's unique learning journey.
