Job Title: Learning Support Assistant
Learning Support Assistant – MLD & ADHD – KS2 – Barking & Dagenham

Axcis are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work with pupils in KS2 who have Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and ADHD. The school is rated Good by Ofsted, with a strong focus on inclusion and teamwork.
In this role, you will be:
• Supporting children working below age expectations in literacy and numeracy.
• Encouraging focus, confidence and independence in lessons.
• Helping manage behaviour using positive reinforcement and structured support.
• Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO.
What we’re looking for:
• Experience supporting pupils with MLD, ADHD or additional needs.
• A patient, encouraging and energetic personality.
• Teamwork skills and good classroom awareness.
• A passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
