We are currently seeking a dedicated LSA to support a child with complex needs on a 1:1 basis in a welcoming school in Birkenhead. ?? The Role: Providing 1:1 support to a child with complex needs Supporting learning, emotional regulation, and engagement throughout the school day Implementing strategies set out in the child’s EHCP Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals Supporting with personal care where required Creating a safe, nurturing, and structured environment ??
