Job Title: Learning Support Assistant Location: Taunton Pay Rate: £92.00 – £109.00 per day Job Type: Full-time – Term Time Only (Temporary or Long-term) Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (Monday to Friday) Are you passionate about supporting young people in their learning and development? We are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work with students across Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3, helping them to achieve both academically and personally. About the Role: This is a rewarding and varied role where you will support students with a range of needs, both in and out of the classroom. You will work closely with pupils who may require additional help with their learning, as well as those who need support managing behaviour and staying engaged. The role will involve a combination of 1:1 support and small group interventions, helping students to build confidence, develop key skills, and make progress in a structured and supportive environment.
