This role will involve working closely with young individuals to facilitate their academic and personal growth, helping them to achieve their full potential. Responsibilities: - Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils with varying needs, including those with special educational needs (SEN). - Assist with the creation and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs). - Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to tailor support strategies for each pupil. - Encourage and assist pupils with their academic work, with a focus on promoting independence. - Offer emotional and pastoral support, aiding in the development of social skills and confidence. - Monitor and record pupil progress, providing feedback and suggesting adjustments to learning approaches as required. - Participate in training and development sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills. - Ensure compliance with school policies, safeguarding procedures, and educational regulations.
