Specialist Lecturer in ASD/PMLD Start Date: January 2025 Hours: Monday to Thursday, 4 days per week Pay: Competitive, paid to scale We are looking for a passionate and experienced Lecturer with a specialism in ASD or PMLD to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Delivering engaging lessons in literacy, numeracy, and other subjects in line with the provided curriculum. Planning and delivering differentiated lessons tailored to individual and group needs. Supporting students in developing independence and preparing for life beyond education. Evaluating and enhancing teaching quality and classroom management strategies. Leading and mentoring a team of Learning Support Assistants. Ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and development of all students in your care. Requirements: UK QTS or QTLS. Recent experience working with students with ASD and/or PMLD.
