Job Title: Midday Supervisor
Midday Meal Supervisor – Primary School – Tower Hamlets
£13–£16 per hour | Part-Time | 11:30am – 2:00pm | Immediate Start
Axcis are working with a friendly and community-driven primary school in Tower Hamlets who are looking to appoint a reliable and approachable Midday Meal Supervisor.
The school has a positive and welcoming atmosphere, with a strong emphasis on pupil wellbeing and behaviour. Staff work closely together, and there is a clear structure in place to support both pupils and staff during the school day.
About the Role
You will play a key role in ensuring that lunchtime runs smoothly, safely and positively for all pupils.
You will:
• Supervise pupils in the dining hall and playground
• Encourage positive behaviour and social interaction
• Support pupils with additional needs where required
• Help maintain a calm and safe environment
• Assist with transitions back into lessons
What We’re Looking For
• Experience working with children (school experience desirable)
• Calm, approachable and confident manner
• Ability to manage behaviour positively
• Reliable and punctual
