We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Learning Support Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a 5-year-old boy with Down Syndrome, Autism, epilepsy, and a history of heart surgery. The child is sensitive to noise and may experience sensory overload, so a calm and understanding approach is essential. The role also includes personal care duties, including nappy changing.
